In the late Spring / early Summer of 2010, I went to the West Highlands of Scotland, followed 'The Westie Trail' to see all the places that were important in the development of the West Highland White Terrier breed, and I brought back 3 West Highland White Terrier puppies from 'the homeland'. This is Paisley - the Princess from the West Highlands of Scotland. In some of these pictures she is only a couple of months old (she's the smallest puppy, on the left). The youngest pictures are of her and her half-siblings, Alastair and Gerard, in the puppy playpen that we toted them in all over Scotland and Ireland. There is a picture of Paisley and Alastair asleep on the bathroom floor of a hotel room in Dublin, Ireland, and some beautiful pictures taken in the Wicklow Mountains National Forest, Ireland. You might also enjoy watching the videos of Paisley and her siblings playing on the farm where they were bred, and in the motel room (Dublin) on the way home. I really like the latest pictures of Paisley, with her head cocked to one side, which shows her quirky sense of humor and unending curiousity.
